Victoria Park Senior Living Apartments

Super easy application process, wonderful staff and very quiet and clean building. Lots of organized activities, from trips to Costco to parks and museums. Underground parking is a plus for me and here there is a sense of community. I hope to take advantage of the gardening area on the rooftop along with other benefits of living here. My brother resided at Victoria Park Apartment for eight years. He enjoyed the friendly staff and his fellow residents. The apartment complex is very clean and well maintained. I recently had the opportunity to personally interact with Zhanna, Senior Manager and Abby, onsite property manager. Both women are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend the Victoria Park Apartment!

My mom has lived here for a few months and she loves it. Abby and Kathy in the office are wonderful and know everyone by name. Steve in maintenance has addressed all our requests quickly and efficiently. This is truly a great community with staff that goes above and beyond!

My husband and I have lived at Victoria Park for nearly 12 years. We got a new manager in late summer, Zhanna, who has set a fresh new tone that feels to us to be much more positive. She has worked hard to bring back some of the amenities we had enjoyed years ago. Something that has made an immense difference is the van that takes people on fun excursions and to shopping. This past Holiday brought a catered Thanksgiving dinner and a truly fun Christmas mingle with finger food, cocktails if you wanted and an engaging live band all provided for us by Zhanna and SHAG. Victoria Park feels like a new place that is supportive and respectful. We love it here once again.

New manager is very good & efficient. Nice community & nice comfortable apartments for seniors. I have lived here almost 2 years now. Safe, secure building with reserved garage parking, close to public transportation & shopping areas. I have a small dog & the roof top dog park is great.
