Linda was very nice and as helpful as she can be. I do not feel they were prepared for my arrival at all. The original keys given did not work. I was told maintenance did not switch the lock from when repairing the apartment. I was also told that Linda would be able to walk through the apartment with me but as she is the only person in the office on Saturdays she was not able to. I did everything on my end to be prepared but did not feel that my apartment was ready for me at this point. The apartment seems nice so far other than the door could use replaced for sure as it is old and beaten down and has random locks in the inside of the apartments and all kinds of dents and cosmetic issues on the outside as well. The refrigerator does not sit flush with the wall as it was replaced quickly I

This was the most unbelievably easiest move in I’ve ever had. We worked with Linda and it took us a total of about 4 days from application to move in! She is extremely understanding and very good at answering any questions you may have, on top of that first night in the apartment has been perfect they are older but definitely updated like they should be. I cannot say thank you enough to Linda it was perfectly done!!

Victoria at Orange Park is a great place to live for everyone!!! We have lived here a year and have to move for a new job. This is only one reason to leave this awesome place! My husband and I love so many things here: nice neighborhood, convenient location, very beautiful nature, quite a large pet walking area, picturesque lake with beautiful fountains, almost tame ducks and turtles you can feed; modern, stylish comfortable lounge area, always clean pool, well maintained, clean lawn; a spacious gym is open 24 hours a day, very clean and convenient Laundry room, plenty of Parking; very comfortable layout apartment, modern cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, nice clean appliances, and large windows that provide plenty of light. I moved in July 2025 Linda in the office was so incredibly knowledgeable and nice, they couldn’t have a better person in that office. The grounds are very clean and nice. I love my apartment and haven’t had any issues at all. Also quiet out here G Klar

Linda has been very pleasant, very helpful, and delightful as well. She was knowledgeable about all of the questions we had, answering them in a professional, yet friendly manner. Looking at the apartment made my husband and I feel like we were looking at our new home. Linda made our visit and the application process very simple and quick. We look forward to moving into our new home next month! Thank you, Linda! Update: while it didn’t work out for us to move to Victoria at Orange Park Apartment Homes, the experience, as a whole, remained professional. Our deposit was returned in half the time we were told to expect and we would choose to rent here in the future, if the situation allowed.
