Victor South Apartments

I have resided at Victor South Apartments for 2 years. My experience has been nothing but Great! For starters,I was able to get my apt of choice on the first floor on the end with space. Everyone is nice,friendly and cordial from the Manager,support staff and all of the tenets. I Love it here! It's safe affordable and in a convient location perfect for me to get to work. Best place I’ve ever lived in 100%. Nice and understanding workers and management.

We have a new Manager here at Victor South, name of Katie (Katy?). She is the best Manager we have had in the 5 or so yrs I have been living here. She cares about us Tenants (even administered CPR on one while waiting for EMS!) enforces rules (many thanks, Katie!) and is actually making certain Maintenance is informed and shows up to fix reported issues. Our future looks much brighter here at Victor South with Katie running it. Lanscaping is beautiful. Relationships between Residents is now peaceful. We feel safe, cared about, cared FOR. I sincerely hope that we get to keep her here as I plan to live here for the remainder pf my life. Great choice in Managers! Thank you!

They care about the tenants. It's not the best but it's definitely not the worst either and I've never seen a roach since I've been here which is pretty important to me when looking into and living in an apartment.

I have lived here 3 months. First time in 40 years to live in an apartment and I have to say it's been a very good experience..the apartment was very clean when I moved in. It's quiet here..with little Drama..the best part of living here is Lisa..the manager. She is at the top of her game..so helpful with anything you need..very people oriented yet strictly business when needed! Can't say enough good things about her..she is the most valuable asset at Victor South..very enjoyable experience here.
