Vicki was our buyer's agent for purchasing our first home. She did an excellent job all around; From the start, she helped us filter listings and learn what features we actually wanted. She was very responsive to whatever showings we wanted, and was proactive in writing contracts to get offers in the same day we wanted to put them. She was able to help us into a beautiful home and we'd be happy to recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

I met Vicki the first when I had her come to my ailing Mothers house to notarize a document. The next time I called her it was about possibly listing my Mother’s home because she had passed away. I can express enough of how kind and compassionate she was with me. I was extremely emotional and hurting. She related to me and made me feel safe. Although I did not end up listing her house Vicki was extremely kind and understanding. She’s one of the good ones!!!! My next home purchase will be with Vicki Ward!!
