Vicki Lynn has gone above and beyond as our realtor. After meeting several other agents at open houses, we bumped into Vicki by chance. We immediately appreciated that she was helpful without being overbearing. As first-time homebuyers, Vicki's knowledge was invaluable. She stands up for her buyers wholeheartedly. We couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. She walked us through every step of the way and has been available even after closing on the house. Vicki was our realtor in buying our home and then selling our house just a year and half later. She was phenomenal on both sides! She kept us informed throughout the process, but she also used her judgment to handle some stressful situations on her own. She also fought for us when necessary, which paid off in saving us a lot of money. If you are buying or selling, I would highly recommend meeting with Vicki. Vicki has been absolutely wonderful to work with! It was our first time buying a home and Vicki did an amazing job taking us through the process. She knows the area and it's trends extremely well and she made appropriate recommendations for offers, counters, repairs, etc. and ultimately got us into the perfect home. One interesting point to make is the only negative review I see on Google Reviews is from someone who wasn't her client, that didn't like what Vicki's client was requesting. Take that as you will, but Vicki bent over backwards time and time again to make all parts of the deal work, and my wife and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area. Vicki was my realtor when I was moving (essentially) sight unseen to a new area in a new state as a first time homebuyer. To start a new job, but that’s neither here nor there. Simply put, Vicki was amazing. She was very responsive and helpful with all of her advice, and it was a huge relief to know that I could fully rely on her during an incredibly busy time.
