Sales person will make many promises that will not be delivered… you will not have access to what’s actually in the design center or included in the home until after contract. Read the bottom of the contract, it specifically states any representation the sales person made is NOT held by Toll Brothers. I have built many homes and would not EVER Recommend building with Toll Brothers again.
