Vibe Residences

I’d like to share my recent experience with the staff at Vibe Residences while relocating from Miami to Broward. I toured countless apartment communities and interacted with many leasing agents along the way, but most experiences were discouraging due to poor attitudes and a lack of genuine interest in helping me find a place to truly call home. That all changed when I came across Vibe Residences. I immediately fell in love with the beautiful property and its amenities, and once I saw the apartments in person, I knew this was where I wanted to live. The only thing left was interacting with the staff—and they exceeded every expectation. My first phone call was with Courtney, who was professional, informative, and incredibly patient. Cortney (Manager), Angie, and Melanie truly go above and beyond to make living at Vibe feel like a 5-star resort. They are friendly, consistently positive, and address any issues with urgency and care. It’s clear they genuinely care about the property and the overall resident experience. The maintenance team is just as impressive—quick to respond and always willing to go the extra mile to help. An incredible team all around! .

By far the one of the the baddest spots I’ve lived at. The crew (especially Yanna) have such a positive vibe. The business center had insanely fast Internet, the gym is clean and well kept and pool area makes you feel like you’re at a 5 star resort. Love this place!

I thought living here would be a nice experience but the other residents don’t have any care about the maintenance of this place. There is dog poop every where and I have to watch where I’m walking when I take my dog out. In the hallways there are pee stains. I came across 4 today walking to the elevator. The elevator itself is disgusting. I’m about to have a baby soon and I don’t want to be pushing my stroller through pee. This is a brand new community and it’s already gross. I’ve already reached out to the office twice about this and they have yet to do anything about it. Also, I’ve requested that the air filter be replaced twice already and they haven’t done it. The air filter has the thickest layer of dust on it. 2 stars because the apartment itself is nice and the rooms spacious. But

We had a great experience touring with Melanie at the leasing office. Even though we were interested in moving into Epic and they didn’t have a model available to show, she still took the time to walk us through a similar unit at Vibe. She was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and really helped us visualize what living in Epic would be like. We appreciated her patience and how accommodating she was—thank you, Melanie, for making the process so easy and pleasant! She is a great asset to the team!
