Via Tuscany Apartments

We lived at Via Tuscany in a 2 bed 2 bath unit from December 2024 until just recently and absolutely loved it. Our experience living there was amazing, from the unit itself to the property and the management. Michelle and Stephen in the leasing office are awesome to work with, quick to answer questions, and so friendly to everyone. They made our experience at Via Tuscany truly special. As for the unit itself - it was spacious, with lots of closet spaces which I enjoyed. I loved having the office/flex space available to utilize. We didn’t have many issues that required maintenance, but when our A/C unit quit one day it was fixed by the same afternoon. Noise was never an issue for us, and speaking with our downstairs neighbor she noted she could hear us occasionally but nothing out of the

We have lived at Via Tuscany for over six months now, and it has been a wonderful experience. My spouse and I honestly wish we had moved here first instead of looking at apartments in the main Viera area. The units are price-competitive, clean, and incredibly spacious—the 2-bedroom floor plan essentially feels like it has an extra room. The communal areas are well-maintained with plenty of space for kids to play, and the entire complex is very peaceful. The walking trails alone are a huge benefit! Maintenance issues have been minimal during our stay, and the management team is top-tier. Stephen and Michelle are absolutely awesome, and it has been a pleasure working with them throughout our lease. I 100% recommend Via Tuscany to any young families looking for a great place to live.

Our first place!!! Stephen and Michelle have been nothing but kind and helpful to us. As it being our first , they answered all of our questions and were rooting for us for the first time we met them! I will be recommending via Tuscany to anyone looking. This apartment management group really go the extra mile with cheerfulness and trying to give their tenants an amazing experience during their stay. Little touches throughout - Michelle greets us every time we come over with an amazing smile and cheerfulness full of genuine sunshine and deals with any issues or concerns we have promptly and with positiveness. We have been amazed at her event skills and creative touches she puts into them and her abilities to make every tenant who comes to her feel special. Bravo ! My husband, roommate, and I moved in on May 12, 2023. ( This is well overdo, I saw someone else with gripes and figured I should finally write this) Immediately after walking in the apartment for the first time, we realized there was a strong stench of mildew. We got several Damp Rid Bags and Containers and called maintenance. Once maintenance came, they let us know they detected no moisture even though we had FULL damp rid bags and containers and told us we should call them out again after we got rid of the damp rid and let the moisture grow again. We had maintenance come back out and they said the same thing once again. My husband and I began to have headaches, stomach pains, and a plethora of other health concerns as the lease went on.
