Via Holon Apartments

Old building. Good layouts. I rented there for five years and they had lots of problems. The whole apartment is basically on one breaker so the power shuts off constantly. There's rot bad enough that our neighbor put his foot through his balcony one day by accident. And even though I'm out now the management company never returned my security deposit (that they agree they owe), so there's a court case to deal with. Seems like a lot of the troubles are management-related. FPI Management runs the property as of review.
