We absolutely love living at Veterans Park Apartments! The grounds are always beautifully maintained and create such a welcoming, peaceful environment. It’s clear a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean, green, and enjoyable for residents. The front office staff truly makes this community stand out. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we need. Communication is great, and they genuinely care about the residents, which makes living here even better. We’re so happy to call Veterans Park Apartments home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept community with an amazing staff!

I have been living at Veterans Park for almost a year and I absolutely Love it! Grounds are always kept up and the property staff are absolutely the best! I love the convenience of being so close to Carolina Beach too!

I have lived in Veterans Park Apts for 5 years. I am so impressed with the staff-both office and maintenance. It is a clean, safe, and friendly place to live. I hope to live here for years to come!

As some of the other reviewers have stated, there are hidden fees with living here. I recently moved out because my lease renewal increased rent by $200/month and they refused to negotiate. So, don't be fooled by the move in specials...they will catch up to you the following year. I found something cheaper nearby with much better amenities and comparable square footage. I really wanted to part ways from this neighborhood amicably, but I am now being charged for normal wear and tear from my move-out such as a cleaning fee and countertop repair totaling nearly $400. You can see from the photos, the apartment was clean and the countertops appear fine. Moved 6 hours away to move into veterans park apartments and i do not regret it! This is the greatest place to live. me and my boyfriend are so happy here. neighbors and the staff are so sweet and just amazing. definitely recommend moving here!❤️
