Ethan’s knowledge and experience was incredibly insightful and he was engaging throughout the inspection. My family didn’t feel like we couldn’t also walk around and look for “blue tape” items while he worked. We got real time updates on some of the red flags and suggestions for improvement. The VET platform was also really easy to use. We really liked the ability to click right to the items of concern and see what the recommendations were and the HomeBinder is a really nice touch to keep everything in one spot. Definitely would use again and will recommend.

Ethan was very thorough. He saved us from a house that looked great to the untrained eye, but had some serious hidden issues (moisture, electrical, foundation). We used him again on the next house we found and we will continue to use him in the future! Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone!

Full write-up to follow because we're still in the process of finding a home, but when Ethan found a lot wrong with our first home choice less than halfway through his inspection, he called us immediately and gave us the choice to stop there and credited a large chunk of the fee toward the next inspection. Excellent service and still provided a thorough report of what he found before he called us.
