As a new home buyer, the screening and approval process with the association took a bit longer than expected due to some miscommunication from another part of the association. However, once we were able to get in touch with the right people, the process became much clearer and moved forward smoothly. When we went in person, a lady at the office (I unfortunately don’t recall her name) was very helpful and provided my dad with all the information needed regarding the screening and approval requirements.
