Vesta Property Services

This is my opinion of a decision made earlier in the year by Vesta Property Services. We were advised that Joanna Lynch-Arias was being promoted to a management position and that Rebecca Lohman would be promoted into Joanna's position. No problem there. Then were told that Deerwood objected to losing Joanna to the point that she will continue managing Deerwood. We objected and asked to be treated equally. That request was denied. I never knew why. From the conversations I was a part of, this did not go over well and that’s it. I think it was a bad management decision on the part of Vesta and should not be overlooked.

Vesta provides outstanding Condo refresh and certification courses. Easy to access and thorough in content. Presentations are insightful and explain nuances based on their experiences. Questions are welcomed and answered. Thanks Vr Bill Lynch Broadway Marquee Condominium Association

Absolutely horrible company and people. Our community started going down fast ever since they took over! Our pool has been closed by health department, we got hundred of dead fish in our lake including other poor wildlife, lakes are full of garbage, dirty gym and I can go on and on. They don’t take any responsibility for anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from them as far as you can!

Thank you Lindsay Canas! Your service is exceptional and incredibly helpful, you resolve all the issues that I had quickly and effectively! I wish I could have the same experience and opinion about the rest of your teammates at Vesta Property Services and the way Westview Community is being managed. The worst of them all, violations for any little reasons and it feels like being treated like an apartment complex and not a Home Owners Community. It’s truly a shame.

1. They turned my account over to collection after 6 years of never missing a payment by autopay. They set up new autopay without notifying me for 9 months. 2. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, leaving me unaware of my account balance. 3. Said they were sending out payment booklets but I never got one and when their new autopay wouldn't work, they would help. 4. I took it upon myself to set up autobilling to pay the directly from my business account. 5. When they said my account was in collection for a second time and I asked for a invoice, they sent me someone else's invoice. 6. This week their Regional accounting rep told me that they are not notified by the collection agency that they hire to collect debt after its paid. So for over a month nobody has been overseeing my account. 7.
