Vesper Apartments

I had a great experience living at Vesper from December 2025 to January 2026. From the start, Caleb in the front office was attentive, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He answered all my questions quickly via text or call and made the process super easy - even though I was moving from out of state around Christmas. I lived in a one-bedroom apartment next to the leasing office and loved the layout. It was a great space with a cute patio, and the location itself is fantastic. Walking over to Cap Hill is quick and easy. Caleb’s consistently been on top of any maintenance request or anything else I’ve asked him during my time. The only reason I’m leaving is to move in with my partner and get more space. Overall, a really positive experience, and I’d absolutely recommend both the

I lived here for a little over a year and only left due to separating from my partner. It's a great value for what you get, amenities-wise. The maintenance team were also very responsive and communicative whenever there were issues with appliances. The greatest asset to the property as Caleb, the onsite property manager, who worked tirelessly to resolve any concerns we had, as well as to facilitate my moveout. I would highlight recommend living here if you're looking for an affordable place in a quiet neighborhood close to Capitol Hill and Downtown, with a property manager who genuinely seems to care.

Caleb is awesome! I moved into Vesper when Jasmine was managing, so when Caleb came, it was a night and day experience. Caleb is such an amazing manager and he’s also an amazing person! He communicated about maintenance requests within a day or two and everything was quickly addressed because there is a maintenance staff onsite. Common spaces were always well-maintained and cleaned. The bang for your buck in this area cannot be understated! The prices are way lower than anything around and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I lived here for 2 years and only left because I moved out of Seattle. I highly recommend this community to those looking. The poor reviews are from past managers, but as long as Caleb is around, you will have a great time at Vesper.

What you see is what you get. Great value for the amount of amenities. We're so happy to have elevator, secure parking, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Manager Caleb is awesome, responsive, and caring, but everyone else we have interacted with has been helpful too. Every work order we've submitted has been responded to within two days, sometimes instantly. In the past year the community has made many improvements, they've expanded the gym and added a secure package locker room with automated notifications. I see so many poor reviews and most of them are blaming things outside managements control, or from people who have never lived in a city before. The apartments themselves are pretty nice. The building is a little older and isn’t up-kept the best but the set up is good. The courtyard is gorgeous and adds a lot to the experience. The biggest thing that drags the apartment down is management. Amanda was fantastic and kept things running smoothly but after she left they haven’t been able to keep anyone working in the office for long. Out of all the apartment managers they’ve gone through Jasmine is definitely the worst and made the decision to leave pretty easy. She’s often not in the office and when she is she’ll often ignore you. She barely replies to emails. When I tried to talk to her about a maintenance ticket that had been submitted months earlier and was never resolved she told me it wasn’t her problem since it was submitted bef
