Verve Apartments

Verve Apartments is central to where you want to be in much of Downtown Seattle. The location is relatively safe since it's close to the Space Needle and events happen all year around. It's also 5-10 minutes away from the I-5, which makes getting on the freeway quick. Property Management was swift and professional with answering questions that I had and the maintenance requests were resolved quickly. Had a great experience at Verve Apartments and much thanks to Jeff and the maintenance team for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely adore living at the Verve apartments! Our home is fantastic, and the resident amenities, especially the rooftop with its stunning views, add so much joy to our daily lives. What truly sets Verve apart is the exceptional property management team, Victoria and David. They not only foster a warm community atmosphere but also efficiently address any maintenance concerns!

The move-in process was quick and smooth. The leasing management provided great service, and the maintenance team was excellent.

New resident here at Verve. Absolutely love this place. Very clean, decent and attractive. The Sky Lounge area is one of its kind. The maintenance team is very quick. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The security here is also good and one feels very safe here. Space needle is very near to this location at a walking distance.

Jeff is exceptional and provided wonderful customer service!! I had a large package accidentally delivered to the Verve and no way to pick it up. Jeff and another team member (my apologies for not having his name to share) loaded it into their vehicle and delivered it to me! Forever grateful! I will definitely tour with Jeff in the future and consider Verve because I already know they go above and beyond! Thank you!
