My family and I enjoy living here. We came from an upscale apartment complex with little kids and my kids have always felt like home here. The office staff has always been helpful and meet our needs with satisfaction! And all the amenities are a great addition, including the new renovations. Thank you for welcoming us home.

The team at Verta has been so helpful and welcoming! My son and I moved into our first apartment after living 8 years in a house. It has been a huge transition for us. Kylie was so welcoming and kind, answered my millions of questions, and guided me through the whole process. The property is very quiet and feels serene at times. We are so grateful to be here! And we can't wait for the pool to open! One thing that sold me on Verta is the fact that they do monthly community events. I haven't seen any other apartment complexes do that. They really work hard to make the residents feel welcomed and valued, and I just love that. They are quick to respond and always happy to answer any questions. Moved in about a month ago. Amazing management and staff. Currently under renovations. It’s looking so amazing. Beautiful spacious apartment. Newly renovated. Great vibes and great community.

We lived here for 4 months and had nothing but issues. One is the dog poop on the property is everywhere. It’s been there so long mold is growing on it. And the little dog park has so much we can’t even take our dogs in. We were very diligent on picking our two dogs poop up every time. Another problem was maintenance always took two three weeks before coming to fix our problems. We had mold growing in our bathroom because they never fixed our ventilation system that we requested to get fixed 1 month in. They finally fixed it our last month living there. We weren’t able to use the bathroom for four days with a newborn on top of that. And it didn’t fix the problem because the mold had already got into the baseboards as well. Recently moved in. New to Vancouver. Beautiful complex. Great walking trails. Newly renovated soccer field and basketball court. Amazing management. They are always there when we need help with something. Maintained is on top of all requests.
