Versailles on the Lakes Schaumburg

I’ve been living at Versailles on the Lake for about two years now and just renewed my lease for another term, which pretty much says everything about my experience here. The community is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. The lake, walking paths, and landscaping make it a really relaxing place to come home to, especially after a long workday. The apartments are well laid out, and I’ve always felt comfortable and safe living here. The management and maintenance teams have also been great — whenever I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. They’re friendly, responsive, and actually care about the residents, which is not something you get everywhere. Overall, Versailles on the Lake has been a great place to live, and I’m happy to be staying another year

I have been living here more than a year now a very peaceful place in the heart of the Schaumburg, close to woodfield Mall and close to all amenities. The maintenance here is amazing they fix any problems before the blink of your eyes. Friendly neighbors beautiful apartments. Would recommend any one any day.

I’ve been a tenant at Versailles Lakes of Schaumburg for 3 years now, and it has truly been a great place to live. The community is very family-oriented, and the maintenance staff is always on point responsive, efficient, and reliable. The management team is wonderful. Selena, along with Damien and John, are accommodating, fast-acting, and genuinely take the time to tailor apartments to your needs. With schools nearby and bus pickup available, this is a convenient and comfortable place for families. I highly recommend Versailles Lakes of Schaumburg to anyone looking for a welcoming community and great management.

My experience thus far has been absolutely amazing! Bill has been so accommodating to my needs with struggling with technology and also going over all my questions no matter how many times I've had to ask. I also want to give a big thank you to the maintenance tech, Adam. He's gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome in the community and help me with my maintenance needs and questions. The staff here is absolutely amazing and I know I've made the right choice choosing Versailles Schaumburg to call home.
