Great bank with nice and friendly staff. Drive thru banking and ATM. It does get busy on certain days and certain time of the day. I know Saturday mornings are definitely busy. Ive been a loyal customer for more than 10 years now and got my first car loan here.

Sam is an exceptional Loan Specialist in the St.Albans office. All of my interactions with Sam have always been a pleasure over the years. Recently Sam excelled in her customer service and care. Sam went above and beyond to make my experience both in the VFCU Office and at my transaction at the dealership smooth. She extended her knowledge and calmness to me in a stressful situation. Sam followed up with me to ensure all my customer service needs were met she always adds a cheery friendly conversation to close. Sam well deserves 5 plus Stars!!

Sam in St Albans helped me through a recent stressful situation. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 My first stop was Zach who was professional and calming. Then Sam, who resolved the situation quickly and relationally- we had a few laughs while the work was getting done - wow that keyboard was clicking!! Great customer service all around.
