Verity Homes is a fantastic builder in both the Bismarck and Fargo locations. My wife and I built through Verity Homes over in Mandan back in 2018 and couldn't be happier with our home. The design studio in Fargo is amazing and the process to get pricing upfront and selections made is superb. Highly recommend this builder if you are looking to build or buy. My brother built through Verity last year and loves his house. They definitely build peace of mind.

My house is less than two years old, sliding doors weren’t installed correctly, let a literal drift of snow in, outside doors weren’t square and letting air in/out. Now the windows are leaking and the roof is leaking through the ceiling lights. And all you get from them is “too bad it wasn’t caught in the first 11 months!” Hire a private home inspector you trust before you buy anything built by these guys

My husband and I met Frankie Sue at the first open house we attended- she was so helpful and I don’t know how we would have gotten into our new house without her! I had a very good experience with FrankieSue being my realtor. She was always focused and optimistic on making the sale and wouldn't give up. She was running open houses every weekend and keeping me updated with everything that went on.
