We contacted Veritas Homes because our friends had recently purchased a home from them. They weren't taking new contracts at that time but after meeting with us they made an exception. It was an easy, transparent process through the design session, custom home options, and they made sure we finished on time. They changed things when we requested like extra cement on our driveway and staining our pillars last minute. We felt important and heard. They truly built us our dream home.

Our Experience with Veritas Homes / Porch Light Communities has been amazing. From the first day I walked on a job site and was greeted by Scott Satterfield, the builder, to final walkthrough and punch they have been great. Finding the right house plan was simplified by Scott as well. Each step, finishes, option selection, contract and minor changes were handled easily and reasonably. The Realtor, Terri Tarver, from Progressive Realty did a great job communicating with the builder and with our selections. We highly recommend Veritas Homes and Porch Light Communities! They build a great house with attention to detail and work to make the entire process as easy as possible.

My family was thrilled to be able to move into this house that Veritas had built for us. The entire Veritas staff and crew were very helpful and accommodating to all of the wants and changes that we made along the way. We could not have asked for a more beautiful house and an easier building process! We appreciate this home so much and what John, Jill, Scott, and the entire crew was able to achieve for us.

I have been in real estate for 26 years and have sold many new homes from builders; also worked as a new homes sales agent for 3 different builders over an 8 year time period - This builder is amazing!!!! Usually my buyers go to walk-throughs and there are pages of items that are not right, but Veritas Homes had minor items and NONE at the final walk-through!!! Their homes are tight! Veritas is pleasure to work with, down to earth family type atmosphere and always very responsive. I highly recommend their home construction and communities!!! They even do custom builds too.
