They will lie and tell you are approved, is solely based on income, not on credit. They took 255.00 of ours to apply then after 10 days said we were declined for poor rental history. Also took 100.00 as a deposit that we have to wait to get back. Very dishonest place. Very disappointed.

The complex would be ok but management is horrible and they refuse to fix any thing. I have been a resident since 2020 and the fact that im still waiting on move in repairs and the current repairs.. A light bill that is so high because they refuse to send maintence and manager is by far the most rudest Horrible manager ever, and they have now sold the company owing me $200 is diabolical. Good thing I keep a paper trail and I learned instead of crashing out to crash out with a ink pen and paper.

Let me talk about these people! Melissa is the best property manager, seems to love her job, and has really turned this place from bad to better, and more changes for even better… Now let me tell you about our maintenance man Quan, he is amazing as well! He does his work, makes sure things are fixed right and if there is a call back he is right there without complaining.. he fixes thing right unlike previous maintenance men. I truly hope they are here for as long as I continue to live here! It’s like a breath of fresh air.

Melissa is an amazing office manager, she tries everything in her power to help you. Really appreciate how much she has helped me these past few weeks, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to live. My apartment is nice and spacious. I love it .

(UPDATED 03/07/2019) I have lived here for 2 years the staff is great and the people are friendly. (UPDATE) 03/07/2019 This place is under new management and all I can say is they truly suck at this.. A big wig management Co. bought Verdant Cove and it has went down hill from there. I put in a request for maintenance on my thermostat on 1/02/2019 when they came to check it out I told them the prob I had been having and that the last maintenance person had replaced the batteries 2 months prior to them taking over the apartment complex and it was still doing the same thing...well what did they do... Well the first maintenance person came in and looked at it told me it was the mercury switch gone bad and that's the thermostat needed to be replaced but they are waiting for new thermostat and t
