Verandas Apartments

Absolutely love living here. It’s a great dog friendly community! Maintenance and grounds keeping here is outstanding. Shout out to Willie for keeping our hallways so nice and taking such good care of the sidewalks. But TLC this man needs a back pack blower ;) Office staff is very friendly and helpful and can walk you through the whole process easily. We like living here so much that now our adult daughter and son-in-law have also moved in. We enjoy the indoor basketball court and gym. No complaints and the only suggestions that I can think of that would make this place absolutely perfect is if they added a Smith machine to the gym and maybe an indoor volleyball net for the Basketball court for us girls who prefer volleyball to basketball lol.

It took me months to find an apartment that would suit my needs and where I knew I would feel safe. I toured an apartment and knew immediately that is where I wanted to live after looking at so many. Love the management team, the amenities are never crowded, including the pool and there are gorgeous flowers all over the landscape! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Verandas. The staff (Aubrey and Nick) are incredibly friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The community is well-maintained, clean, and feels very safe. Amenities like the pool, fitness center, and common areas are modern and well-kept, making it a pleasure to come home. The apartments themselves are spacious, with thoughtful layouts and modern finishes. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to live!

My wife and I have lived in the Verandas for almost 6 months and we both agree this is one of the best rental experiences we have had. Aubrey and Nick are always on top of anything you need and super responsive when anything is not working in your unit. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!
