Verandah Apartments

The staff is very friendly! Keith has been very helpful throughout my whole leasing process and while living here. I unfortunately forgot the young lady's name in the office but I called in a work order and she had them out to my apartment in 30 minutes. The two maintenance gentlemen were very nice and completed the work order in a timely manner. Have had a good experience so far!

I lived at Verandah Apartments for 3 years, the apartment was spacious, the management was very friendly(especially Keith). The maintenance were helpful and always got the job done within the same day I requested something to get fixed. The rent was at a great price, compared to other apartment complexes. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the highway, sirens and loud vehicles, but my overall experience is very good, and I definitely recommend this place.

I have been living at the Verandah Apartments for a little under a year now and I could not be happier. Older buildings, but very well kept, friendly staff and crews working to keep this quiet little complex resident friendly. My daughter absolutely loves the swimming pool, and I like the onsite washer/dryer facilities that allow me to multitask as she plays. The neighbors are friendly, each stoop has its own personality and you can always find the residents walking about in the evenings with their pets. The location is convenient to both the heart of San Marcos and Kyle, but not in the middle of either so traffic is rarely an issue. And even though the affordability is truly why I signed on, its the staff and my fellow residents that will likely lead me to stay a few more terms.

Best place hands down here in San Marcos. Very affordable and Keith is always on top of everything. If we ever need maintenance or just help with anything they are there immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If you’re a student and looking for something inexpensive this place you can get a 2 bedroom apartment for the exact same price for a one bedroom student living apartment. After living here I will never return to student living.

Great location, easy access to all areas of SM. The college transit system has a bus route close by, great for students. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and maintenance issues are always addressed promptly, the prices are great considering so many rental properties in the Austin metro area are sky high at this time
