Veranda Vistas Apartments

The photos say it all- Extremely disappointed with the condition of the facility, and the management. I moved into Veranda Vistas a couple of years ago and found the facility to be generally clean and maintained with minor issues here and there. Over the past year, the complex has suffered from poor management and unhealthy conditions due to improper maintenance. Four office managers in the past 2 years should have been a red flag. The first major leak was on Christmas Eve 2022 which was so bad the fire department and City Utilities had to come out. To this day no mold mitigation or testing has been done. The team at Veranda Vistas always has wonderful activities. The planning that they put into them is greatly appreciated. We are blessed!

Makayla is a wonderful manager and has such a great personality! She does a wonderful job making sure everyone feels welcomed when they walk through the door. Ashley does an exceptional job of creating different monthly activities for the residents. We are so thankful for their dedicated work to the community. We hope they will stay for a long while!

Makayla is a wonderful manager , she just joined us here at Veranda Vista and what a difference she has made for the apartment complex. She has a go getter done attitude . Anytime she sees someone walk through the lobby she has a friendly smile and waves. We are so thankful she has joined the Veranda Vista family.

We came from out of town prior to relocating to the area strictly to tour apartments and look at houses. Abby accommodated us over the weekend despite it being her day off due to our travel schedules. She was knowledgeable about all the services offered at the property and it was obvious that she takes great care of her residents. Since moving in, she has made the process extremely easy and simple. Would 100% recommend checking out Veranda Vistas and specifically working with Abby 😊
