Veranda at Centerfield

Since AnnMarie took over as the new Community Manager at Veranda at Centerfield, we have already noticed such a positive difference. She is very warm, welcoming, and pleasant every time you speak with her. Her professionalism and positive energy truly stand out. It’s refreshing to see leadership that is both approachable and proactive. I genuinely look forward to all the great things she will continue to bring to the community. Veranda at Centerfield is definitely moving in a great direction under her management!

Lived here for almost 4 years and the quality of management is inconsistent and progressively getting worse. Sprinklers are always running, and all we get is an email saying “Sorry some months are higher than others.” No explanation. No compensation. Parking and car registration is an extra cost but policies aren’t enforced, cars are always parked on the ramps, blocking “Wheelchair Accessible” entrances and seem like a fire hazard. It is difficult to pass when cars park there, injuries have occurred from tripping. And so much for “Controlled Access Gates”- these gates haven’t worked for months. There is also no on site peace officer for when there is issues with other rowdy residents. All these incidents have been reported at least once through out the years, with the changing of managem

Super friendly staff always receptive to issues. Fast service on maintenance issues that has greatly improved with new management. Cool events as well movie time food fun by the pool. And now that I work from home full time I can use the property office to conduct business and with the gym updates I can get a full work ant any hour day or night. Super happy

It took over 2 weeks to get a replacement because the order had not been approved after a week. I had to buy one myself. The 3 stars are for the maintenance who installed the new one from the property office. He was really nice and did a great job.

I moved here in 2020. It took them three years to replace the dryer that I told them set my clothes on fire and then I did not feel safe leaving my clothes unattended in the dryer because it would unexpectedly stop tumbling, but it would not turn off. And often I would open the dryer when I noticed that it stopped tumbling, and there will be smoke coming from inside the dryer. Then there was the Hvac/ AC has been a constant issue. After several complaints, with video/audio evidence. The person that they have that is supposedly an HVAC technician Mario doesn’t do anything. I have watched him on my camera literally do nothing. So after 3 years they finally hired some real Hvac techs to fixed the problem. They immediately noted that the unit above me had a leak in their AC unit and that was
