Veranda Apartments

The first year or so of living here was pretty great. But now it's just a nightmare. The hallways are disgusting, the stairways worse, and the office people are horrid. They were awesome when we first moved in, but then management changed, and now it's a disaster. Fines for having ANYTHING on the balcony even though there is nothing in the lease that prevents this. When we first moved in, it was a low income/income restricted community which was and still is, exactly what we needed. We've lived here nearly 4 years and our rent has gone up at least $100 every year to the point that we can't afford to live in "low income" housing. This isn't "low income" it's a money grabbing ponzy scheme. When we first moved in, we were promised our rent wouldn't change. But it's gone from $1400/mo to $1700

I've been a resident of this Apartment Complex since May 2022. As a single senior, living in a family apartment community, I really didn't know what to expect. But now, after almost 2 years of living here, I feel comfortable and safe in my environment! The management team , Veronica and Makayla are caring and quick to help me solve any issues that have needed attention. It's been a nice, quiet and beautiful place to live!

These apartments are of high quality. The leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to express my gratitude to Miss Liberty. She assisted me with my application when I moved into my very nice apartment. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The complex offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, indoor gym, fireplace, outdoor area, dog park, BBQ, and more. Draper City is a great place to live.

A huge thank you to Groundskeeper Nelson for the order and cleanliness in the complex that has been restored since his arrival! He is an excellent worker with a conscientious attitude towards his work! Veranda Complex management, please take care of him and reward his excellent work with bonuses!

Leasing office and maintenance are all knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike most other apartments they are on the ball to keep amenities at peak and hot tub going for those of us who rely on it after hard days work, Tatiyana is exemplary at customer svc and communication... appreciate you!!!
