Vera Luxury Living Apartments

I moved to Jax from WV without ever visiting Jax or Vera. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. I was in a tough spot of life and Vera/the front office were so kind and helpful along the way. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and given a move in gift, which included items for my pup. Maintenance has been phenomenal, often completing request the next day. The amenities are always clean/working. The staff always waves and smiles, it feels like a small family. Something I really needed. My only complaint would be the walls are a little thin, but that’s apartment living!

Absolutely love this property and Rebekah has been awesome! The units and property are well maintained, in my opinion. Staff is responsive and the location is ideal. I’m giving 5 stars due to the service I’ve received over the past few months while working directly with Rebekah. Strong sense of community here and packages could sit for days at your door without anyone disturbing them. Only issue I’ve ever had was concerning the bike room and the security cameras that I was told were fully functional. Then when my bike was stolen, I was told there was nothing that can be done despite being reassured by the former office staff (Alexis, Brittany and Charisma) that the room had secured restricted access and working cameras. I’d recommend moving here, just don’t use the bike room.

Vera Luxury Living has been my home for 8 years. I love this community. It’s beautiful, safe, and has a lovely staff to assist the residents. Our maintenance person, Spencer, does an outstanding job. He goes way above and beyond to fix any needs that might come up. Recently, he worked in my home and did such an amazing job! I’m so impressed with his kindness and attention to detail! Way to go Spencer!!!!

Jeffrey in maintenance is awesome. I’ve lived out here for about 3 years. Always fixed issues on time. Today in particular I walked out to a flat tire, equipped with 0 ability to fix it myself, I saw Jeff rising by in the golf cart and asked if he knew how to change a tire and before I finished my sentence he was off the cart and helping me out. GIVE JEFF A RAISE!! I appreciate you!!

I just want to share how amazing Rebekah has been at Vera Luxury Living. She is extremely helpful, professional, and truly cares about the tenants. I’ve been having some issues with my account, and she has gone above and beyond to look into it and make sure everything was handled properly. She’s been very accommodating and patient throughout the process, which I really appreciate. Her customer service is excellent, and it’s clear she genuinely wants to make things easier for residents. Vera is lucky to have her on their team!
