We just bought a house at Winchelsea 55+ community. So far, it has been a great experience. The Lennar coordinator, Nickole Steele, is a very professional realtor and has made the transition very smooth for us.

First of all, my sales representative, Stephanie has been phenomenal. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the community and took the time to explain to me all about the homes and the community features. Additionally, I cannot say enough about the homes as they are beautiful. A few years back, I bought new construction and it was a nightmare. I was convinced that I would never go through buying "new" construction again. Buying a Lennar new construction home has been a completely different experience. It has been completely painless for me. Lennar has included those extra upgrades that really make a difference. I absolutely love my new home -- it is beautiful.
