I copied my review from someone else's review because I resonate with everything they wrote here. Nicolette and Bree have been so helpful and so kind.Thank you. And thank you to Robert as well. Angels. So yes I agree and say what the other reviewer is saying…Love living here. It's quiet, senior friendly, and most of all, affordable. The first people you meet will be our Community Director, Nicolette, and Bree, the Assistant. They are awesome. Have a problem, question or just need someone to talk to, they're right here to help. Those ladies are here every day, and they always have a smile for you. Remember them because they are our lifeline! You can't ask for better people than those blessed ladies. They are lifesavers! I have lived here for a year and a half and it’s a great community to be a part of. It feels like one big family. The office staff are very welcoming and always willing to answer questions or address any issues. The maintenance team responds quickly and always resolve the maintenance request promptly.

Now in my fifth year here, I think we finally have two maintenance staff members who may be here for longer than a few months. Robert Perez has been here since the beginning and is a consistent reliable presence. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and he gets the job done quickly. I wish he could be here full time, as he is sent to cover another facility as well as ours. The newest maintenance worker, Sandy, has been very responsive and friendly and efficient. I am particularly thankful that he cleans our ugly corridors regularly now, which does help raise the condition to "cleaner-looking". Maintenance response to my requests has been quick, pleasant and friendly. Problems have been happily resolved each time, even those that required call-backs due to uncontrollable a/c malfuncti

My Mother lives at the Venue and she never has a problem! Noah and Robert quickly always address her concerns or issues she has. Thank you!
