Venn at Main Apartments

A place you can call it home. We have a wonderful year at Venn Main. Russell Nickerson and his colleagues are so helpful and patient whenever you need assistance. The location at Old Bellevue is just yards away from the downtown park. You’ll get everything you need by walking.

Management has done very little to zero maintain this property. For a “downtown Bellevue” apartment community, it’s honestly embarrassing. I don’t even feel comfortable inviting family over because of how poorly it’s managed. Amenities? Just basic gym that doesn’t even have a squat rack. Basic upkeep is lacking. Things are frequently broken, the building often smells unpleasant, and the garage is consistently dirty with trash. I’ve personally witnessed the same small dog urinating in the elevator and parking garage multiple times with no apparent action taken. Maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed, and rent continues to increase year after year for conditions that don’t improve. Noise levels are also excessive living on the third floor, you can hear every footstep above

Pretty seamless experience in touring apartments. The building itself is amazing and in a great part of Bellevue. Mark and Russel were both knowledgeable on current listings/deals that were being offered and helpful throughout the process. Very happy I’ll be moving in soon.

The staff here is AMAZING!! Russell and Mark (and sometimes Tom, who is part-time at this location) are extremely helpful and personable. You can tell they truly care about their residents, and are always readily available to help. I rarely ever leave reviews, but they’ve been so great that I just have to!

I had such a great experience working with Mark at Venn Apartments! He helped me set up a self-tour and was incredibly responsive every step of the way. Mark took the time to answer all my questions over email, kept me updated on available units and specials, and made the entire leasing process easy. When it came time to apply, he guided me through everything and made sure I had what I needed. His professionalism and friendliness really stood out.
