Venetian Apartamentos Houston

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Today Emily helped us with our application and made the process as easy as can be. The apartments have a very cozy vibe and are kept clean. The apartment that we toured was spacious and had great natural lighting.

Staff member Lisa was great. Very pleasant and knowledgeable on all the questions I had to ask. Explained everything to me and there were no unexpected surprises when I finally signed the lease.

The manager, I believe her name was Rosie or rosamalia She was very helpful and very sweet took me on a tour Around the apartment complex saw a couple units and was very helpful looking to move in soon, but she was a very good host and manager took the time to find out my needs and my comfort so that way when I move in it’s what I want and what I like. Thank you so much, Rosie.

Horrible experience. There were 2 ladies with tenants. Another lady who I assume was the manager, an older Hispanic lady with bad make up came out the back, I think her name was Josie or something like dat but she was very rude. I had to ask her if I could get some help since the other ladies were busy and this lady didn’t take it upon herself to ask if I needed help. Her tone was very dry and it didn’t seem like she cared if I got an apartment here or not. After she told me to wait a min someone would be with me when they could I decided to just leave because this first impression was absolutely horrible.

My time at Venetian Apartments Houston has been wonderful as the maintenance requests are handled quickly and the property always looks neat and organized
