I worked with Velocity Mortgage to re-finance my current home loan. We started the re-finance process with initial discussions. I told them that I would like to wait few more days as I thought the rates would go down further. They were supportive in my decision. After few days, I went back when the rate were lower. They worked with their lender to provide me the best re-finance rate and deal in the market. Even though they were busy, they provided me regular updates on my loan application and were easily available for my queries. At the end, we closed the loan application within two weeks without any issues. They met my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
