Vehicle Inspections

Nobody answers the phone. Why bother having a phone number? If it is so important to these inspections and so many people need to do it, maybe get more people or different plan to help. At this point is not a service anymore and forces people to use vehicles illegally not because of something bad, but you cannot jump through a hoop that isn’t there to jump through.

Finally got an appointment for my trailer after 3 years of trying.

It's unfortunate that you have to leave them 1 star, they deserve 0 and their useless office needs closed or replaced with bots. Jennifer will keep repeating what I imagine the entire office is paid to repeat, "we are worthless because we are under staffed". Na, it's because this office isn't interested in helping people. Ask for their supervisor Denise, they don't want to help you either. They tell you to ask the website your questions. I pray the governor of Washington has to go through this office one day..... Avoid Washington State Patrol inspections at all costs or you will regret it!!!!! I've been trying to get an appointment since May.....

In Covid time they make inspections by online appointment only. You have only 3-4 minutes on Tuesdays only to make an appointment for vin inspection which is almost impossible. There is no Covid restrictions anymore but problem is still exists. :(

My God unbelievable the appointments are insanely stupid Screwed up part about it is you can have your appointment swiped from you as you're filling up the form that pops up before you press the end submit button at the ef ridiculous
