Varsity View Apartments

The best experience so far, and I have only lived here for a month if you were looking for a great community with Unlimited amenities and a great staff this is the place for you. I was starting over and didn’t know what I was gonna do and they have went above and beyond to make my move in seamlessly amazing. The pictures I’m showing is us having a good time at the pool and this spa resort style pool is amazing for an apartment complex in Tyler couldn’t ask for anything better

I love the apartments here. It’s very quiet and spacious for me since I’m living by myself. It has washer and dryer in the unit. Comes with fridge, stove, microwave with a vent, and a dish washer. Water and electricity are always working. Good A/C and heating. We have pest control so I don’t have to deal with any roaches. I go to school at UT Tyler so it’s a very easy walk to my classes. I work in down town Tyler and it’s only a 15 minute drive with the 5pm traffic. I haven’t had time to explore the study rooms and gyms in the office building but I hope to soon. Overall a very nice place. The office and staff are very nice and welcoming!

Very friendly and responsive staff. The office is always decorated nicely & filled with smiling faces. Varsity view is a very nice complex, very quiet and not too much traffic. Nice amenities, up to date washer and dryers in the units and the luxury of having all of my bills together with the bill back option for utilities. Would recommend.

The renovations are better than December 2024. The floors can be cleaner when starting your lease; we found lots of dust, discoloration, and paper peeling. Found a cockroach last week, that was our only encounter thus far in the 5 months we've been here. But still unpleasant. Periodic water shut offs are pretty inconvenient. These have been happening for over a year. Overall, good rate and you get what you pay for. Some things deserve renovation and replacements (flooring, ceiling fan, etc.).

I just want to Thank Jessica Westmoreland for the absolute best tour I've ever had viewing any property.The engagement from the beginning of the process calls,texts to the initial meeting. She was super professional and her hospitality by far exceeded any expectations I had. I didn't ever feel like I was being sold. My decision to be apart of the Varsity View community was warm feeling of home. The total family experience. I came looking for just a place to stay I left feeling like I gained more family. By the time the tour was over I was all on board left with no questions but where do I sign. #Awesome Sauce!!!!!
