Varia at Highland Village

Cristian and Emeline are the best Property Managers! Community events are always so much fun! This is a safe and wonderful place to live. Out front, you can get Boba Tea, ice cream from Baskin Robbins, stop by the neighborhood restaurant, go to the spa, paint pottery, pick up some bubbly from the package store, or grab a meal at Whataburger, etc. It's all within walking distance. Varia is the best place to live in Highland Village or Lewisville!

We’ve been so blessed to live here. The management has been solid even among staffing changes, but what’s most important to us is maintenance. We’ve been in communities where maintenance lacks the proper resources, and does not help in a timely fashion. The maintenance here has been absolutely PHENOMENAL on all fronts. We want to express our gratitude to one individual specifically. Dwight. He is the most kind hearted, down to earth, and caring individual we’ve met in a long time. Knowing that he is there to help gives us peace of mind. He regularly checks up on us whenever he sees us outside, always asking if there’s anything we can do to help. Varia is great when looking for a community that’s comfortable, well kept, and has the facilities and amenities you’d expect from the DFW area. The units overall are clean and have all the features you’d expect from an apartment. This is one of the only properties that features a double vanity in most of the primary bathrooms. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and reasonably within an appropriate timeframe. The leasing office is incredibly helpful and responsive to requests or questions as you navigate leasing or renewals. The community overall is small-knit and you get the feel of a neighborhood. I am stunned by how beautiful these apartments are. Christian was so incredibly helpful when I came to see an apartment and the community. The location is to die for, and I will be applying as soon as my hubby gives me his credit card. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment, clean, beautiful, hospitable, and the staff makes it that much better.

I went to move in on January 20, 2024 and the apartment was not ready and had many issues. The apartment was very outdated and not clean. The balcony was disgusting and they stated that the balcony was getting replaced but had no timeline on when that would even happen. They had to send a cleaner back that day due to the apartment still being very dirty. They have very small and old washer and dryers. From what I was told, they do not rent washer and dryers anymore and bought these in place of renting. You would be lucky to get more than 5 pieces of clothing in those washers. It was a very disappointing experience. I decided to cancel my contract and seek living at a different apartment complex.
