Vantage St. Pete

Living at Vantage St. Pete has been a great experience. The property is beautiful and in such a good location but the management team really makes the difference. Michelle and Aja are both awesome always helpful, responsive, and genuinely nice. They make everything easy and are great at communicating with residents. Really appreciate them!

We’re moving out after a great year at Vantage and wanted to share how much we’ve appreciated living here. Aja, our leasing manager, has been amazing — she truly values residents’ feedback and makes sure requests or concerns are handled quickly. She’s always planning new projects to improve the community and takes real pride in making Vantage a great place to live. On top of that, she’s friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. The cleaning team is also wonderful — always kind, always say hi, and keep everything looking great. We’ve really enjoyed our time at Vantage and are thankful for the people who made it a great community.

As a property management professional, it was with that background that I compared downtown St. Petersburg apartment communities before I made the decision to relocate to Vantage. My experience has been positive; the community staff is both professional and responsive. Looking at the reviews here, any that are potentially concerning pre-date the current management; and as some recent ones have noted, the building has a friendly vibe to it. Update: Good first year at Vantage and easy lease renewal process. This is a well managed community.

Silverfish Infestation - Overall the complex will continue to deny they have an issue, but the worst part was their own Pest Control has an incredibly rude representative who will find any excuse to not spray or not treat a unit. I had boric acid down because I didn't know how to fight them at first, and the moment they saw any self treatment they refused to provide any service and leave me out to dry. The representative decided to insult my inability to fight the silverfish instead of help me fight the issue that was created by this apartment complex... so I was resorted to pay out of pocked for Orkin. Orkin was great, they sprayed, they added bait, traps, monitored the situation and gave me some peace of mind while living here. One thing to note was that after a full month of treatment,
