David did an incredibly thorough inspection for my mom, we got the report the same day. He wrote down things that he saw in the home that needed to be repaired. It was very easy to understand his report. He was very reasonably priced. We are very happy with his inspection, my cousin showed up to meet him as well. Thank you David for getting me and my family into a sound home. Most inspector's that I have heard of and seen are running late, and only spend around 15 minutes per inspection and call it good to keep the realtor Happy so they get more job's. You on the other hand work on quality over quantity, looking out for buyer, giving and honest thorough inspection calling out anything that you don't see right, and that's what any buyer would want, to make sure there investment is in the right place!
