Vantage Park Apartments

I’ve lived at Vantage Park for a while now, and the difference over the last year has been huge, especially with the new management. Things feel more organized, updated, and overall just better. One of my favorite parts of living here is the rooftop, the views are gorgeous and the egg chairs make it such a relaxing place to hang out. There’s also a separate courtyard that feels cozy and peaceful, with couches, three fire pits, two hammocks, lots of egg chairs, and tons of plants. It really feels like a little retreat. The gym is decent and gets the job done, and I’ve also noticed and appreciated the refreshed hallways and updated outside building paint. Have been living here for almost a year and have really no complaints so far. Starting from the beginning, the apartment was fixed up and renovated ahead of schedule for me to move in early. The office staff like Miana have been extremely friendly and accommodating with any questions I might have. They’ve made moving to Seattle a great experience. Kevan who runs maintenance is always around and has been speedy with any repairs needed. The community is fairly quiet and gym is just the right size for staying in shape. Can’t beat the proximity to the tram and link and bus. All in all a great apartment for the price!

Vantage apartments offer an unbeatable, transit oriented lifestyle, and great walk-ability with so many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It is so convenient for me to be able to walk to school and not worry about all the hassles of driving. It's an ideal home for students and families complemented with modern amenities and responsive management.

I have been content with the community while living at Vantage Park through the majority of my time here. However, the new property management and team has really improved the complex in the past year or so. Mianna has been very accessible and receptive to my comments and issues, whenever there has been a problem with the elevators or parking garage door due to electrical outages she has been prompt and thorough in her responses. If any of my concerns have been elevated to Aubrey, the property manager, she has gone above and beyond to hear my concerns and I have left every interaction feeling like my concerns were heard and confident they would be addressed. In addition, John and the maintenance team have been very responsive and efficient when addressing any needs I have had for maintena

During the renewal process, Aubrey was incredibly inviting and helpful! She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Her support truly made a difference and make the whole process a breeze! :)
