I get real tired of having to sign lease renewals in person. You charge too much money for me to have to physically come in. I travel a lot and having to work around your antiquated sustem is ridiculous. There is no reason for anyone to have to constantly come to the leasing office. For what you charge, you can do this digitally. Talk to me when you keep rent the same for loyalty. Furthermore, there maintenance staff steals items from apartments and I am tired of it. If you move here, put cameras in your apartment they are a bunch of theives.

Just moved in 30 days ago the apartment complex is brand new. I had 4 issues all at once, AC issue, Mini-blind issue, Window not closing issue and very small crack in bathroom wall. I put in a maintenance request, and they were at my place in 15 minutes. Everything FIXED in less than 30 minutes! Thank you for your prompt professional service. 5 Star Service.

I haven’t rented from them but have heard numerous horror stories from friends who have. They really have it all. From random charges that make zero sense and stalkerish maintenance people who tattle on pets urinating and tenants “not cleaning up”. Make sure you bring a sponge if you have a pet and decide to live here because you will be expected to soak up all of your pets urine from the grass outside! 🧽
