Vantage at Hutto

REALTORS BEWARE - You will not get paid your commission even after providing the apartment a guest sheet and signing up with foresight asset. Leasing office will not pick up nor return your calls after leaving a message as well. There are other better apartments to show your clients. Try Rush Creek at Hutto, they are fast, professional, and you will get paid. On top of that, my client didn't have a function washer for over a month after moving in.

I’ve had a great experience in Hutto at Vantage. The management team here really stands out Angelina and her leasing agent Andrea are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any time I’ve had a question or small issue, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The community is well-kept, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where the staff actually listens and follows through. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community

When we first moved in this past March, things were great. The management at the time was kind and informative and easily reachable. Now, management does not communicate via email or the Loft app so we miss information all of the time. They are also super unreachable. The paper notices are okay but seems rather wasteful. I’m giving 2 stars now because while we absolutely LOVE our corner apartment, the experience has gone down hill. There is trash constantly blowing in our yard or in the main grassy areas and no one picks it up. I actually got tired of it and picked it up myself today. Our 2nd floor neighbors are constantly throwing cigarette butts in our yard on a daily basis. The previous management was extremely attentive to this issue and issued fines. My apartment is lovely and has a great view! Ally helped me with the perfect corner apartment and George was great with fixing things efficiently. The entire maintenance team & dedicated ladies in the office are super helpful and sweet and the pool is magnificent!

these apartments are absolutely beautiful and I love how they have so much things to do here and overall it looks well taken care of and clean. And the lady who attended us was also super helpful and considerate. Her name is Yalitza Mancilla. Such a wonderful experience! 😊😊
