As of now, it has been ok, but could be better. For one, respect and courteousness is not only professional, but supposed to happen especially for the communities you “serve”. Serving is a huge part of this, so you need to remember that we homeowners are part of the HOA and are all your customers. We pay you with our dues, so you need to make sure you deliver quality service to us. I suggest accountability, call/email reviews, etc. to ensure this from your staff.

HOA Mgmt Companies usually get a bad rap...but this one deserves it. I have interacted with many Mgmt Companies and this is by far the most disappointing. A complete lack of Customer Satisfaction, Support, and Professionalism. There is a lot of "game playing", lack of transparency, and no interest in supporting their Customers. You bring up issues to the Mgmt/Leadership...and then they ghost you. If you are on a HOA Board looking for a Mgt Company - STAY CLEAR. If you are a Resident within a Community they "manage" - I have sympathy for you.

Awful management HOA company The worst we had in 5 years having our house ! They never pick up the phone, never answer your emails , never respond to your voicemails. Giving stupid violations and after fixing the tree they never close that violation. If you are 1 week late with HOA payment, they will charge $50 !!!!! Without any reminders or responds ! They totally do not care about the home owners. Only looking for reasons to overcharge you or send you totally insane and stupid violations. I would never ever recommend this company to nobody !

Vanguard Management Group is nothing short of a disgrace to homeowners’ associations. This so-called “management” company is completely incompetent, unprofessional, and downright negligent. For over a month, I repeatedly requested basic documents and was met with absolute silence. It wasn’t until I threatened legal action through certified mail that they finally bothered to respond. This is not a management company—it’s a circus run by people who have no business overseeing communities. If your neighborhood is unfortunate enough to be stuck with Vanguard, prepare for endless frustration, stonewalling, and a total lack of accountability. Boards of directors who keep this company on the payroll are either clueless, complicit, or both.

Echoing every bad comment about Vanguard. They are the only bad of owning a home. Our community is predominantly seniors and some residents are paying $1,000 and more MONTHLY on HOA fees. It’s terrible. Stay very far away from vanguard if you can while purchasing a home.
