Still trying to figure out how one’s property value jumps 333k from just two truck loads of gravel and a new cedar fence! Heck the guy across the road has more land and an actual finished shop and his taxes are less! DO BETTER VANGUARD!!!!

They play the guessing game on what your property value are … they fill the pockets for the organization that hired them … no fair values set with this company… it’s their JOB to raise your taxes values … this gives your county tax office a way to pass the buck of responsibility of increases !!!

$100k increase one year and we haven't done anything to our property in Warren County. They don't have a clue what their doing.

Guy knocks on my door saying hes with yall and when my husband says "were not interested" he yells at my door "ya gotta do it anyway" WOW. Truly unprofessional.

This company was hired to appraise our property by our county. I contacted them to find out what factors were used to determine the value and was told the appraiser would call me back. Two days later, I call again due to no return call to be told I was misinformed, they would not be calling me, I need to schedule a review with my county assessor. No information will be provided outside of a review with the assessor's office.
