I have had a great experience with Emily and Brooke working in the leasing office. Also, Jack in the maintenance team has been great help with an issues I have had. I like that Emily and Brooke take time to make the experience of living in the Rose Rock properties special by having unique events for the holidays. Stop what you’re doing, and read this NOW! Brooklyn is without a doubt, an absolute angel, I literally can’t make this up. From the very first interaction, she completely set the standard for all senses of customer service. She embodied the core values that the company has listed on their website and completely superseded all expectations. As a small business owner, I could only imagine that my team could represent a company in such a way. Created such a welcoming atmosphere for a new Tulsa resident and if she’s any indication as to what Tulsa has to offer, I’m beyond ecstatic, Brooklyn you rock girl! I've lived here for over a year now and so far its been a great experience. Had a random toilet issue, on-hand maintenance tech came within 25 minutes and fixed it. They're also always trying to find ways to spruceot up, adding cute chairs and rugs on every floor to make it "homey." Always a flyer talking about an event or something posted in the elevators which I think is in good culture. Valet trash is alwaysss a plus. Cute lobby and decent gym.

I love these apartments, they have vintage meets urban vibe. It's right in the heart of downtown Tulsa so you can easily find food entertainment. And you have to check out there coffee bar too!
