If there was an option for no star I would select it..! The property is decent, however the office staff is the worst I have ever encountered in my life and THAT ALONE would definitely turn you away from renting here! Absolutely NO customer service skills and ignorant to the highest degree! If you have a discrepancy Veronica, she will talk over you, won't let you speak and wont listen to you at all. The way she talks to people is enough to catch a case. She has never de-escalated a situation, but only made it worse by her unprofessional mouth and attitude. She lied about policies and procedures and when I didn't agree and questioned her reason she threatened to evict me and my family. I am being stalked, harrased, and threatened "based on association!" This apartments are actually nicer than they look, but their leasing office is a mess. I tried moving here and unfortunately wasn’t approved, they took application fee and deposit when applying and upon not being approved their supposed to refund the deposit. I put my application on April 15, and it’s now June 14 and still haven’t got my deposit back. Leasing office will give you all kind of excuses and now it’s at the point where I’ll have to contact their management company because it’s ridiculous that they can get away with this.

floor plans are nice but service is not good. and they do not do repairs in a timely manner.. it took three months for them to come see about my water temperature only to mess up the water pressure. and that's only one service order, I had six.. still waiting

I went to visit someone and really liked there place. So I decided to check them out....when inside the office and everyone was so nice that I decided I ended up renting a place here.
