Mr Kapner it is the middle of a blizzard. I contacted you and the Super about no electricity in my apartment multiple times. Zero response. Our neighbors have electric. You and the Super have never returned any calls or emails whenever there is a problem. HPD continues to issue Violations at 253 West 16 St 10011. The floor above was replaced with damage to my ceiling and the fixtures with the bulbs exploding. Their furniture was left in the hallway on the 4th floor. The same apartment above had a dishwasher overflow and damaged my kitchen a decade ago and that too was never fixed.
Most definitely the worst property management in the city. The board at my building released them 2 years after signing. It was near impossible to get responses from the property manager (Paul L). The overall resident experience dropped in a very significant way across the board when they took over.
Absolutely horrible and unprofessional organization. They refuse to respond to any written correspondence. They also do not know how to actually manage a building. They are a small step above nycha
