Did not see a manager, maintenance or any cleaning for over 3 weeks here, until yesterday. The police are here at least twice a week due to our residents. Background checks? No way... Residents have shot one another here, broken out windshields and car windows, at the same time that one resident had water pouring into his apartment for months without repair. It's scary - residents have been threatened with their life; police and management do nothing. A known bike theft ring going on right out of our building. One cannot walk outside without running into cigarette and marijuana smoking, all within less than a couple of feet from the building AND while staff sit in the office. Many photos taken. After confirming multiple times with staff that our hold would remain valid during a short delay, we were later told the unit had been sold to another tenant due to a misunderstanding. He was great, came to the apartment to take a look at the issue immediately. Kept me informed through the whole process. When came to repair the issue he was fast, told what the problem was, fixed it, and cleaned up after himself. Great hire

They will lie and say their fees to move in our cheaper than they are and when you've already given them the money they will tack on more fees that make you feel like you have to pay them since I already gave them the previous non refundable amount. Do not fall for it.

I live just down the street from here. We were unhappy when they started building this place but now we are EXTREMELY unhappy. The crime rate has gone up in the neighborhood. It's too bad they take a new low income apartment & turn it into an absolute dump within a year. Where is the accountability?
