We've been leasing through Vance J. Elliot for over 3 years now. The new property manager is wonderful! They're quick to fix issues as well as good at communicating things. I also appreciate that they have been doing preventative work to ensure the apartments are in good shape. We've heard horror stories about leasing companies in the San Marcos area and although Vance J. Elliot isn't perfect, they're pretty dang great. The man who also maintains the property is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond, even blowing the leaves off of our porch. I would recommend leasing through Vance J. Elliot.
