It took us a very long time to get through to this company. Because of his many delays our rate lock was extended multiple times causing us to have to pay extra fees to our lender. Not only that, we were told one price for the appraisal and he charged us more than what he originally said. The appraisal was not done professionally either. The one doing the appraisal knew what our home had to appraise for and he took the "lazy" way out and appraised it for that same exact value when it was worth much more. I do not recommend this company.
