Dog poop all over , the grass is burned from all the dogs not having a designated area, wood frames around doors rotting away, broken sump pumps laying out front, weeds all over. trash all over , playground and bike racks destroyed , broken blinds, driveway falling apart, and people have full on living rooms in the front door areas. It pains me to see it fall apart . It used to be nice. Metes and Bounds- DO BETTER! Residents deserve better than this for all of your raised rent rates with no improvements ! SHAMEFUL and SAD

Do not rent from them!!! They are unprofessional and lie. I had a scheduled lease signing and two days prior was told that leasing agent didn't work there anymore was harassed to move my lease signing up but then when the "manager" got involved she screamed at me telling me my application was not approved yet and she was the only one who can approve them that other girl I was talking to was not even a manager and there is not a signing date and they "are by the book". I have the confirmed lease signing date on text and also voicemail from another employee there. Total negligent behavior. I have had three apartments already and I have never been treated with such disrespect.

We lived here for over two years. During that time we were able to witness the sense of community shared by all who live there. It’s a great place to live especially with school aged kids. They have a safe play area and the property is across the street from a huge park as well. The landlord Kat was friendly and very attentive to the needs of the residents. You can tell she cares about the property and the people who live there. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great and safe place to live with your family.

I have lived here for about 3 years. I give this place 5 stars due to the fact that the community is amazing. The environment is comfortable and I trust my neighbors.While living here, there hasn’t been any riff raff.. the kids running around are very respectful. It’s honestly like a little family based community, everyone knows everyone and everyone gets along. The apartments are pretty amazing, especially for the rent amount.. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. I definitely think there could be some remodeling done but it’s not anything to complain about. Kat is definitely the best landlord I have ever worked with. She is very understanding and down to earth while keeping it professional. Whenever something needs to be taken care of, she is on it.. she’s a freaking rockstar! Her

Had to come back a do a new review since new management. The laundry rooms are filthy all the time. They aren’t weekly cleaned like they use to be. Maintenance doesn’t fix things in timely manner. The dumpsters are always so full because of furniture and such that you can’t even get your own garbage in there. You have to wait days upon days to get responses.
