Valley Terrace

I have been living here at Valley Terrace since 1989 and I love staying here. Spacious, beautiful flooring and close to everything. Ms. Browning is amazing the property manager and Jose the maintenance man, is so good, Guillermo helps with everything and he is absolutely amazing human being so kind.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Valley Terrace Apartments. The community is beautiful, and the common areas are always so well maintained — it’s clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. Mrs. Browning, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. She’s always so helpful and kind, and every time I visit the office, it’s a pleasant experience. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents. I’ve also noticed a big improvement with maintenance lately. Since the recent changes, work orders are being completed much faster, and the jobs are done right the first time. I absolutely love living at Valley Terrace Apartments! Nora, the manager, is truly exceptional. She always has a warm, welcoming smile and an incredible energy that makes everyone feel at ease. No matter how challenging an issue might be, she handles it with remarkable grace and speed, always finding a solution that leaves me feeling confident and cared for. It’s rare to find someone so skilled at what they do! And I have to mention the new maintenance guy, Jose. He’s been an incredible asset to the team, and everything has been fixed so much faster and more efficiently since he joined. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I really appreciate the kindness and patience of the Manager Mrs. Nora Browning. The 1 bedroom apartment is a good size with a Office or you can make it into a den/bedroom. Nice neighborhood with close access to grocery stores and good eats. Great experience!
